Dr. Wancai Yang is the Dean of the Institute of Precision Medicine and School of Basic Medical Sciences, Jining Medical University, China, and a Professor of Pathology, University of Illinois at Chicago, USA. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Biological Sciences, University of Texas, El Paso, USA. He obtained his MD degree and was trained a pathologist from China and received postdoctoral training on cancer biology from Rockefeller University and Albert Einstein Cancer Center, and was promoted as Assistant Professor. In 2006, he was moved to the Department of Pathology, University of Illinois at Chicago. He was serving grant reviewer for the National Institutes of Health (USA) and the National Nature Science Foundation of China. His research focuses on: (1) the determination of mechanisms of gastrointestinal carcinogenesis, (2) identification of biomarkers for cancer detection and patient selection for chemotherapy, (3) implication of precision medicine in cancers. He has published about 90 articles and has brought important impact in clinical significance.

Dr. Miglarese joined Caris Life Sciences as Vice President, Research & Development in August 2015. Prior to joining Caris, Dr. Miglarese founded OncoNex Consulting LLC and served as an advisor and interim Chief Scientific Officer for Cielo Therapeutics. Before that, he held various positions in the BioPharma sector including Chief Scientific Officer at GeneCentric Diagnostics, Vice President of Oncology Translational and Clinical Science at OSI/Astellas, Assistant Director of Translational Research at Array BioPharma and Section Head in the Department of Cancer Research at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Miglarese received his BS in Biology from Virginia Tech and earned his PhD from the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Virginia. He continued his post-doctoral training at Pfizer Central Research and in the Department of Dermatology at Yale University School of Medicine.

Dr. Rammurti T. Kamble is the Professor of Medicine in Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. He has done his M.B.B.S. from July 1981 to July 1987 at Pt. JNM Medical College, Raipur, CG, India. He has received his MD in Medicine at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh, India. He has Fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology from AIIMS, New Delhi, India. He has been a Research Fellow in Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital London, UK, Following award of CSIR fellowship.He has been an UICC fellow in Bone Marrow transplantation, Hematology, New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center, NY, Following award of UICC (ICRETT) fellowship (Geneva). He has Fellowship in Oncology-Hematology from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), Little Rock AR, USA. He has done Internal Medicine Residency in Methodist Hospital Central, Memphis, TN.He has Fellowship in Oncology-Hematology from Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma.He has been trained as FACT inspector for federation of accreditation for cellular therapy that involves quality control training in hematopoietic transplantation.He has University Gold Medal in Final MBBS for securing first position in the University examination held in 1986. Shaoying Li has received her MD from Beijing Medical University (Current name: Peking University Health Science Center). She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematopathology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Hematology. In addition to clinical responsibilities on lymphoma, leukemia and flow cytometry services, she has been actively participating in multiple research projects in lymphoma and leukemia, which has led to 50 research papers and multiple book chapters. She also serves as Member of Editorial Boards and ad hoc Reviewer for multiple journals. Her major research interests include molecular cytogenetic risk stratification of DLBCL with a focus on “double hit” lymphoma and clinicopathologic and molecular study of mantle cell lymphoma.
